Got home last night, finished up installing battery cables and battery. It started ok but then I tried to put it in gear to see if it would move. Well, it seems that the clutch needs to be replaced. SO, car repairs are temporarily on hold until a clutch and repairs could be obtained. Seems the car will cost another $700 or so, (with clutch, air/fuel filter, tires, registration, etc.)
Time to figure something else out.
