One of the fun things about working for any company is that there is a variety of personalities. Some are good, others aren't so good.
Generally, I enjoy where I work. There are a total of 8 employees and we have a pretty good diversity of individuals. One of my pet peeves with people here though, is that they are too sensitive. There are several who, when confronted with constructive criticism, they freak out. Literally! You may as well have told them they were ugly and their clothes sucked for as bad or a reaction you get for small things.
I just wish people would grow up a bit and learn that to accept that they aren't perfect. Everyone just needs to grow up.
